A gorgeous Georgian, ladies, wool and silk embroidered jacket . Almost military in style with a nipped in waist and tiny brass ‘rivets’. 
The blue silk lining is torn and the wool outer has a few mends and the odd hole , but it’s a beautiful piece . It would display well and with a little TLC would be totally wearable .
