I love a mini collection and this run of four pairs of ladies button up boots are fabulous! 
The tiny pair are 7 cm tall and the largest are 14 cm….. all scratch made from brass and one pair has contrasting copper rivet ‘buttons’ . 
Dating from the late 1800/ early 1900’s they would have graced a mantlepiece and would more than likely have been diligently polished to a high shine every week. I prefer them as they are, warmly patinated.
