I’m not entirely sure if this is Guatemalan, but it’s certainly central / South American. 
It has a tasseled edge and a lovely colour way ….. not too thick so would make an ideal throw or wall hanging. I think it’s possibly strap woven and natural fibres , possibly cactus / flax.
