A colourful wool alphabet sampler by Mary A Sutcliffe, dated 1880 . 
In good bright condition with upper and lower case font followed by a wonderful curlicue font and a line of acorns ? 
Lightly stitched to a thin card back, a little staining to the edges but other wise in excellent condition .
